Flipkart charges 0% commission on products under ₹1,000 and on all fashion. Fixed fee, shipping, collection fee (COD) and 18% GST on all fees still apply. Flipkart does not publish its full rate card publicly — the fixed fee, shipping and return figures here are estimates. Your exact rates are in Seller Hub → Payments → Rate card. This is a planning estimate, not tax advice.

How to use

Using the Flipkart profit calculator

  1. Enter your selling price (what the customer pays, GST included) and your product cost.
  2. Pick your category, seller tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum), fulfilment (self ship or FBF), payment type, packed weight and delivery zone.
  3. Check the orange fee box. It's pre-filled with estimates; for exact numbers, copy your commission, fixed fee, shipping and collection fee from Seller Hub → Payments → Rate card.
  4. Set your real return rate from your Returns report, then read the result: bank settlement, profit per delivered order and real profit after returns.
  5. Switch to Find my price to get the lowest price that gives the profit you want.

On Flipkart, products under ₹1,000 and all fashion pay no commission, so for most budget products the fixed fee, shipping and returns decide your margin. Moving up a seller tier lowers the fixed fee on every order — at a few hundred orders a month that adds up quickly.

Every number updates as you type, and nothing you enter is saved or sent anywhere. Use it before listing a new product, before joining a sale, or whenever your costs change.

Guide

How Flipkart fees work in 2026

What does Flipkart charge sellers?

Four fees per delivered order: commission (a % of price, by category), a fixed or closing fee (by price slab and your seller tier), a shipping fee (by weight and zone), and a collection fee on COD orders — plus 18% GST on all of them.

Is Flipkart commission really zero?

Since November 2025 Flipkart charges no commission on products priced under ₹1,000, and in 2026 it extended zero commission to all fashion products at any price. Other fees still apply.

How does seller tier change my fees?

Bronze sellers pay the base fixed fee plus ₹10. Silver and Gold pay the base rate, and Platinum pays less. Higher tiers also get paid faster.

Why should I enter my own rate card?

Flipkart's exact fixed fee, shipping and return fees depend on your account and are only shown inside Seller Hub. Type them into the orange box once and the calculator becomes exact for you.
