1. Who we are

This policy explains how ecommercesellers.online ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use ecommercesellers.online and our tools.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address from Google sign-in.
• Seller details: your marketplace seller ID, used to link your licence and free trial.
• Usage counts: which features you use and how often (for example, number of labels cropped).
• Product names: names of products processed by our tools, to keep the Service working correctly and prevent misuse.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, never your card or bank details.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your tool settings (like label size) and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then stop working.

4. Google AdSense and advertising

• We use Google AdSense to show ads on some pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It collects information such as pages viewed, device and approximate location, using cookies. It does not tell us who you are.

6. What we never collect

Shipping labels are processed inside your browser. We do not collect or store your buyers' names, addresses or phone numbers.

7. How we use data

• To provide your account, licence and support.
• To improve our tools.
• To send service emails (trial reminders, payment receipts).
• To send tips and new tool launches only if you opted in. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.

8. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that run the Service (Supabase for accounts, Razorpay for payments, Netlify for hosting, Google for sign-in, analytics and advertising), or when the law requires it.

9. Storage and security

Data is stored with our providers using encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. Only you can see your account data.

10. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing . We reply within 30 days.

11. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active, and delete it within 90 days after you ask us to close your account, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, payment records).
