The rules for using ecommercesellers.online, in plain words.

1. About us

ecommercesellers.online ("we", "us") is operated by Lovepreet Singh (CEO & Founder), India. These terms apply to the website ecommercesellers.online, the browser extension and all tools we offer (together, the "Service").

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Accounts

  • You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • A licence may be used on up to 2 devices.
  • One free trial is allowed per marketplace seller account. Creating extra accounts to get more trials is not allowed.

4. Plans and payments

  • Free tools are provided at no cost and may change over time.
  • Paid plans are paid in advance through Razorpay. Each payment gives 30 days of access to the tools in that plan. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit.
  • Paying again before your access ends adds 30 more days to it.
  • When access ends, paid features stop until you renew. Prices are shown on the Pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to list illegal, counterfeit or prohibited products;
  • copy, resell, reverse-engineer or share the Service or your licence;
  • break any marketplace's rules or the law while using the Service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Marketplaces

ecommercesellers.online is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Flipkart, Meesho or Amazon. You remain responsible for everything you upload or publish on any marketplace, and for checking listings before you submit them.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its code and design belong to ecommercesellers.online. Your data and listings remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, marketplace penalties or listing rejections. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, notify you by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Punjab, India have jurisdiction.
