How to crop Flipkart, Meesho & Amazon shipping labels to 4×6

By Lovepreet Singh·Updated 6 November 2026·2 min read

Every marketplace gives you shipping labels as A4 PDFs. If you print them on a thermal printer without cropping, the barcode lands in the wrong place, the courier can't scan it, and your pickup gets delayed. Here's the exact routine we use every morning to get from downloaded PDFs to printed 4×6 labels in under two minutes.

Why crop labels at all?

Thermal label printers use 4×6 inch (100×150 mm) or 3×5 inch rolls. An A4 page is about twice as tall and much wider, and it contains the label plus a tax invoice. Cropping keeps only the shipping label and resizes it to fit the roll, so you print one clean label per order and save paper on A4 printers too.

Where the label sits on each marketplace

Flipkart

The label is a tall box in the top half of the A4 page, above a dashed cut line. Below the line is the Tax Invoice. You only need the box above the line.

Meesho

Meesho's label is a wide bordered block: customer address on the left, courier barcode on the right, and the return address below it. It ends just above the "Product Details" row. Because it's wider than it is tall, it needs to be rotated to fit a 4×6 roll.

Amazon (Easy Ship)

The label is the top section, ending with "Sold on www.amazon.in". Below a white gap comes the "Tax Invoice/Bill of Supply". Keep only the top section.

Step-by-step: crop labels with the free tool

  1. Download your label PDFs from Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel or Amazon Seller Central as usual.
  2. Open the Label Crop tool and upload all the PDFs at once. You can mix marketplaces in one go.
  3. Pick your roll size — 4×6 or 3×5. The tool finds the label on every page by itself and sorts labels SKU-wise.
  4. Press Print, or Download to print later. In the print dialog, choose your thermal printer, set the paper size to match your roll, and set scale to 100% (or "Actual size").

Tip: Sorting labels SKU-wise means you pack all units of the same product together. Open the picklist under the result to see how many of each SKU you need before you start packing.

Common problems and fixes

The barcode won't scan

Check that your print scale is 100%. "Fit to page" can shrink the barcode. Also clean the print head if lines look faded.

The label prints on two stickers

Your printer's paper size doesn't match the roll. Set it to 4×6 (100×150 mm) or 3×5 in the printer settings.

A page was cropped in the wrong place

Scanned PDFs have no text for the tool to read, so it uses a saved crop area. Open Settings, adjust the manual crop area once, and it's remembered for next time.
