Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial first

New accounts get a 7-day free trial of the paid Flipkart tools, so you can test them before paying. The trial never charges you.

2. No auto-debit

Each payment gives 30 days of access and is not renewed automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you don't renew, paid features simply stop at the end of your 30 days.

3. Refunds

• Refundable within 3 days of payment if the tool did not work for your account and our support could not fix it.
• Renewals and partly used periods are not refundable.

4. How to request

Email with your registered email and payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your plan did not activate, or you were charged twice, contact us. We will activate the plan or refund the extra amount in full.
